Service is very bad

I dont know where to start with this hospital my younger sister was admited on the 27/12/2024 she was told that she will be going for a c section up until now she has not been attended or to be told when she will be done a c section or neither for the doctor to come and check her nothing so the service its bad and she is being told that she must not eat for the whole day with no explanation .
