Disappointed and confused

Feeling very disappointed at the service. I am currently unemployed and all they say is, they awaiting my employer's response. Which employer now?Have they arranged my employment as a surprise?Is someone out there working using my details? I'm very confused at their comments.

I can't even do anything right now because of their inconvenience for more than a month not giving me feedback.
