BI-RITE ENDLESS PROBLEMS

I purchased a 2015 BMW X3 2.0 Xdrive Dynamic from DIAL-A-MILE CC T/A BI-RITE MOTORS and have since the purchase have has endless promises from Marius at BI-RITE Motors that the extra payment amount of R3866.14 would be refunded to me which related to the first vehicle that was selected and then cancelled. Marius (082 879 5334) at BI-RITE has not been helpful and keeps on promising a refund.

This amount was deducted by ABSA Vehicle Finance on the 20th of July 2023, reference 00098216290 230720 This contract was then cancelled and a new one completed. That vehicle was not given to me but a new one which will deduct from this month.

Included some information sent to me, which should be of no consequence to me. Also included is the new sale contract or quote they sent me.

I have not received the new sale contract, no copy of any mechanical warrantee which was told to me has been activated and transferred to the new vehicle.

The whole sale has been a mess and the license and registration took forever. My daughter even got pulled over by traffic officials and was harassed to the maximum extent due to failures from BI-RITE.
