BIC *********** THE PUBLIC WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS
THE WEBSIRE DOES NOT GIVE A CONTASCVT NUMBER END THEY DO NOT RESPOND ON ANY MESSAGE SEND ON THE WEBSITE. THE THRWO AWAY 3 BLADED RAZORS FOR MEN IS I ******* THEY DO NOT EVEN LAST ONE SHAVBE THEY ARE BLUNT AS HELL END FOR THE PRICE OF ALMOST R90 PER PACKET THIS IS *****ING FROM THE PUBLIC I NEED A RESPONSE FROM BIC SA OR BIC OVERSEAS AND I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED SOMEHOW FOR THIS ******* THEY ARE SELLING IT WAS NEVER LIKE THIS IN THE PAST AS I ALWAYS SUPPORTED BIC BUT NOW I WIL NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY OR RECOMMEND ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT I NEED A URGENT RESPONSE FROM BIC.

BIC sucks totally
I bought BIC pens. Out of 10 pens, every single one would dry up with about 10 % usage. Send BIC South Africa a contact request. Promptly advise that the matter will receive attention. 2 months later..... Nothing, obviously BIC global and SA could not give a flying F about clients and or clients relations

No good
Bic flex 5 *******. First blade bleeding and it is like using an old blade that pulls the beard.and my beard was shaven previous day with Schick. I thought i would give it a try unless it was a dud pack. But what an unpleasant shave.

BIC pens - sub par defective plastic casings on over 15 pens. No response form BIC
Purchased a bulk packet of BIC pens 20 plus form Makro- all but 2 broke the plastic at the nib is defective and of poor quality - it all breaks and renders the pen useless as you can not access the link to put it into another pen VERY disappointing. I raised this concern on the 28th of April and to date have not had a response from BIC - very disappointed that a company with supposedly a well-established good quality brand name disregards their client's issues and does not even bother to address the matter. So much for brand loyalty looks like I need to find a new stationery supplier. Unacceptable.

Messy experience
Poor experience and a messy one I bought a box of R100 pens During 3 exams the pens leaked messed all the papers and desks I brushed the experience off but went for the next exam same thing This is unusual I love BIC products but what's happening lately

False interview in the name of BiC
I received a invitation for a job interview which was said to be for BiC. But this was not true. A man with name Desire Oulai interviewed me on Monday for the FP&A role in South Africa. He has access to my CV which has my ID number and name and surname including my career history.
