I bought BIC pens. Out of 10 pens, every single one would dry up with about 10 % usage. Send BIC South Africa a contact request. Promptly advise that the matter will receive attention. 2 months later..... Nothing, obviously BIC global and SA could not give a flying F about clients and or clients relations
MTN is hands down the worst mobile company on earth. How they exist is beyond comprehension. The MTN champions (someone should explain that in order to be called a champion you have to live up to that description) have very little knowledge and or interest. You lodge a query(over 100 and counting) MTN proclaims thar you will be contacted in 24 hours. Well 2 years and not one phonecall. Yet 3 weeks after lodging the query you are informed that it has been resolved and when you check nothing has been done. They *****ulently try at 23:59 on a Saturday evening to pass an unauthorised debit order, and this after they admit 3 times in 3 different apology letters that you don't owe them any money and that in fact they owe you money. Deposits disappear and when you query as to what happened to the deposit they inform you that you apperantly lose it. Absolute *****. They continue to send threatening letters. The Group CEO Ralph Mupita and CEO Charles Molapisi, as well as the management hide at all cost from their clients because they know what an absolute *********** mess MTN is in. Let's now even refer to signal strength. Often in both Johannesburg and Pretoria HSDPA is the best you get. Forget 5G or 4G, it's a figment of their imagination. When you report this all they offer is that you must be to far or to close to one of their towers.
Bought Pioneer Premium Slice White Bread. Mold formed before expiry date. Sent evidence to Pioneer Customer Compiants. Lady eventually returned my call. Kind of insinuated that it is due to the bread not being stored properly. I pointed out to her that I have stored bread in a designated bread container for over 20 years with zero issues. Also conditions during period remained normal. She took my details, muttered something about some company doing something and that was it. Great customer service Pioneer. Three weeks and no call back or apology.
RAIN purports to provide internet 5G service. I would love to know when do they intend to start as after 6 months of experience it is down 50 % of the time. They have zero client care or on boarding. Their call center staff have the most basic of knowledge and are phenomenally condescending and arrogant. However, ask them just a basic tech question and they are totally lost. When you phone enquire as to when the services will be back (which is daily) no one can give you an answer. Their supposed free 60 min pm phone call benefit has never worked. The only other company worse than RAIN is Openserve. Honestly their service is so bad they do not deserve to exist as a company.
