Instalment refund unacceptable

I have a member of bid4gold for over 5years and have been paying at least R200 per month until I was unemployed and could not afford. I cancelled my investment with bid4gold in May 2017 and was told that the payment will take up to 6 month which is the 14 November 2017. What surprised me was the fact that I never received any statements even on cancellation I was never told how much did my investment accumulate.

This morning I telephoned bid4gold to confirm that the payment will be made today and ask the amount. To my shock, I will be getting +/-R4500 per month I do not know for how long which is not something I agreed to.

Be careful if you want to invest with this company.
