Such a disappointment

I was so excited to start my cloth nappy experience.

Unfortunately some of my nappies have only lasted 9 months. The elastic has stretched so much from my pocket nappies. When I sent them an e-mail regarding my problem they blamed everything else except there quality.

Strange that all my nappies go through the same washing process but only 8 of my nappies have had there elastic stretched.

So disappointed with their customer care. I will no longer buy nappies from them.
