Fast & Efficient
Fast and efficient. Items are beautiful and was delivered in record time! I order the swim nappies. Have not used them yet, so cannot comment on quality, but their service is top notch! I order on the Wednesday and in was delivered on the Thursday. I am in PTA and that is great service as it comes from Durban

Such a disappointment
I was so excited to start my cloth nappy experience. Unfortunately some of my nappies have only lasted 9 months. The elastic has stretched so much from my pocket nappies. When I sent them an e-mail regarding my problem they blamed everything else except there quality. Strange that all my nappies go through the same washing process but only 8 of my nappies have had there elastic stretched. So disappointed with their customer care. I will no longer buy nappies from them.

Outstanding service
I have bought a variety of items from Biddykins. The owners are extremely knowledgeable, very patient and always ready to help troubleshoot. They are approachable and reasonable. The variety of products are amazing - almost a one-stop-shop for all things baby. Great user-friendly website with lots of great information (from how to use items, how to care for the items and any troubleshooting.) Definitely recommend Biddykins!

Outstanding service

Deceptive marketing tactics
Terrible customer service, wont take responsibility for wrong doing. Its everyone else's fault but theirs. Deceptive description on items they sell, they manipulate you into buying more of their products because they dont give you all the facts. Not trust worthy at all. I regret buying from them Total waste of money and time!!!
