I’m very disappointed with the way Bidtrack has handled my situation. One of my vehicles was recently involved in an accident and was written off. Yet when I tried to cancel the tracking contract for that vehicle, I received absolutely no meaningful assistance.
Despite explaining the circumstances and requesting help to cancel the contract, Bidtrack made the process unnecessarily difficult. I was told that I still needed to pay a cancellation fee in full, with no option for a payment arrangement or consideration for the fact that the vehicle no longer exists. I reached out several times hoping for a bit of understanding or flexibility, but no one seemed willing to help or even offer a reasonable solution.
It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that shows no empathy for its customers and hides behind rigid policies instead of providing real support. I expected far better service and understanding, especially given the situation. And I continue paying for something that I'm not using
I strongly urge Bidtrack to review how they handle cases like mine. Accidents happen, and customers shouldn’t be penalized or treated with indifference during already stressful times.
