Having BidTrack in your is like Having No Tracker In your Car,

On the 29 Nov 2025 at about 12.30 my daughter's polo Vivo CD 25 TD zn was ****** from cornubia mall, with 5 mins she contacted Bidtrack, the controller rep**** to her stating that the tracking unit has been jammed and they cannot pick up a signal.

Im sure Bidtrack wld have improved on the technical side wrt the jamming their unit. To me it's just a easy way to get away with that excuse, yet their contract states they wld track and find out vehicles. The insurance company's wldnt insure our vehicles without tracker that's the reason these tracking companies take us for a ride. We requested for a full report from Bidvest spoke to control room manager. Today nothing came of it.
