Beware of them!!! They’ll take your money, but find all kinds of excises not to represent you at court come claim stage. I had a problem with a mechanic who didn’t fix my car correctly in Feb 2025 and up till this date, the matter hasn’t gone to court even though I PAID for legal representation. The lawyer assigned to me does not have any sense of urgency and doesn’t reply to my emails. The manager is the same. He will promise to get back to you, but doesn’t. I have since cancelled my policy with them…Good riddance.

Bidvest legel Angels money making machines
Bidvest legel Angels stuff is *********** people useless as they are, it took as almost 2-3 months just to let us know we not covered, but at the end of the month debit order goes off,up and down calling, mailing forever for responses. Good to take hard working people monies but when it comes to assist us, you as the client must run up and down stress like hell but you have Bidvest legel Angels to help, Bidvest legel Angels you ain't gonna take my monies no more. Good luck with the clients that's going to be taken for a ride to nowhere.

Bidvest Legal (Law for all) dropped me when I needed them. What am I paying for.
I have been a member of Bidvest legal who fall under the name lawforall as well. A helpful person named Tanja Weber contacted me and started the ball rolling. I had a CCMA case pending. An agreement was reached but the final signed off paperwork was hanging. The only way to contact the lawyer involved is via email in the hope they contact you back. My CCMA case was for 14h00 today and my lawyer knew the urgency of my case, but could not be reached by phone and did not respond to me. I have been waiting for a reply since sending the signed paperwork but no response. This has created a tremendous amount of stress and unpleasantness for me. I had to reach out to the oppositions lawyer to get a response which I received within 2 minutes. I would highly recommend DO NOT use Bidvest legal for anything, they leave you hanging when you need them most. They do not check correspondence properly, because if they did we may have avoided this. They seem to have a no care attitude.

without prejudice SHOCKING. ZERO SERVICE BUT PAY THE PREMIUM! GROSS NEGLIGENCE! I have approached Bidvest Legal Angel. THANDEKILE PLAATJIE called me on 5 July 2022 at 14:53. Asked me some questions. Said she would send me a mail with forms I need to complete. I asked her to include a list of any info she requires. I was informed I had 7 working days to provide the information of the matter would be shelved. BIDVEST LEGAL ANGEL THANDEKILE PLAATJIE NEVER SENT EMAIL. I emailed THANDEKILE PLAATJIE asking for feedback Sent: Friday, 08 July 2022 11:38 To: thandekilep@lawforall.co.za Cc: legalangel@bidvestinsurance.co.za (FROM THEIR WEBSITE) BIDVEST LEGAL ANGEL THANDEKILE PLAATJIE NEVER REPLIED (received automatic confirmation of receipt email) RECEIVED BOUNCEBACK NOTICE FOR legalangel@bidvestinsurance.co.za (FROM BIDVEST LEGAL ANGEL WEBSITE) SO seems their website does not have correct email address (I just copied and pasted the email address. To date Bidvest Legal Angel THANDEKILE PLAATJIE has not sent me an email asking for information and has not provided the application forms.
