Beware of them!!! They’ll take your money, but find all kinds of excises not to represent you at court come claim stage. I had a problem with a mechanic who didn’t fix my car correctly in Feb 2025 and up till this date, the matter hasn’t gone to court even though I PAID for legal representation. The lawyer assigned to me does not have any sense of urgency and doesn’t reply to my emails. The manager is the same. He will promise to get back to you, but doesn’t. I have since cancelled my policy with them…Good riddance.
Beware of Uber and its Thieving drivers. This ***** of a driver never arrived at my location, but claimed my order as “completed”. Now they don’t want to refund me money…Pathetic service
I ordered an item online and paid the money required, but I did not get confirmation email of my order. Also according to their website, shipment takes within 24 hours of placing an order, but it has been 5 days and my order status has not changed. I contacted them and e-mailed them regarding my order, but no reply thus far. Be careful of dealing with such!
I paid my account on 11 April 2021 in order to make use of the internet, the internet was subsequently restored. Then an hour later the network stopped picking signal, it then moved to 4hours later that’s when I called them and complained about the loss of signal. They said their network department will attend to my case the next day. The following day I had to buy more data using my own money due to the lost signal, what was the purpose of me paying my account in the first place? Then the network people only called at 17:00 on 12 April 2021 in order to assist me, but still the error persisted. I then cancelled my sim, but I was not refunded back my money! The company had no sense of urgency in order to get me up and running again, Poor service!
I was making payments monthly, however I fell into arrears with 1 month. I then contacted the bank to repay the arrears over 3 months and it was arranged. Then beginning of June I applied for Debt Review as my debt obligations were becoming to much for me. The debt counselor informed Nedbank and the counselor informed me by law I must not make any direct payment to my creditors until my application is under review and the final installment has not been reached!!! The bank however has been harassing me over the past week or so demanding their payment, even though I did explain to them I am under Debt review. The was even legal documents informing them of this. They have since contacted me to collect my vehicle even though I had made a prior arrangements at beginning of June to pay off any arrears over 3-months, the 3 months haven’t lapsed and I had made a Debt review application. They also added some high charges to my account, making it More Difficult for me to bring my account up to date! My vehicle account isn’t even behind with 3 installments, but they always harass me like I’m some criminal or something. It’s like it was nice of them to issue credit at the beginning, but now they treat you somehow and give you anxiety. I don’t feel respected and appreciated by the bank as one of their customers!

So last year I bought tickets for 2 events on Computicket. I paid online with my banking details and collected the tickets later on. Fine I attended those events in 2015. FIVE MONTHS LATER, on 19 February my bank account gets deducted with the two amounts from 2015! Apparently the bank paid Computicket in 2015, but did not recoup it from my account. What bothers me is that the bank Did not inform me in 2015 already that the tickets weren't paid! Month after month , NOTHING. I even bought tickets for another even during December and the money was collected successfully. Now I'm in a situation where in Feb 2016, my back is negative and I cannot afford to pay my bills with the money been taken ONLY now! I mean , who's fault is it? Why didn't the bank contact me already in 2015? Why must I be inconvenienced So Much for the BANK's MISTAKE???? R1600 is No Child's play!
In 2015 I booked 2 events on Computicket. I paid with my card and collected the tickets at my nearest outlet. The money was deducted from my account and I attended the events. SUDDENLY on the 19 February 2016, my bank account got deducted with the two events. I called their offices and one of the employees confirmed via e-mail that they DID RECEIVE MY MONEY IN 2015! Now these amounts have been collected twice and I cannot AFFORD TO PAY MY MONTHLY BILLS. HOW DISAPPOINTING, I AM GOING TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION!!!
I got a call from Outsurance for a car insurance quote. The agent accommodated all my needs and went out of his way to assist me by speaking to his manager. He was also polite and respectful towards me and that meant a lot to me. Just want to say Thanks to Outsurance for the calibre of their staff.
