I bought a ticket from their website for an event called Nelspruit soul meets Gospel Picnic that was scheduled for 13/12/2025 but that event was cancelled and when I called and asked for my refund they said they can't find my reference number while I'm always using the same method of buying and they told me they have escalated my matter for investigation since Decemer 23 and I have sent them an email saying I'm waiting for the to respond but they haven't responded. I got emails on 10/02/2026 that my refund was processed even today I haven't got money on my account. I want my money back

I bought events tickets online for Bloemfontein adult picnic. The event got cancelled I got message on 7th October 2025 that my online bookings will be refunded automatically. to date I have not received my funds. I went to Shoprite at Fleur Dal Bloemfontein the said they need specific reference to be able to see booking. The one on my banking app is not sufficient. I sent Computicket email to request my refund to info@computicket.com with the proof of payment attached they also request reference number of which I don't have I did payment directly on the link that was on Computicket for Bloemfontein adult picnic. I feel Computicket is not doing enough to assist because funds are with them there are many ways to trace funds especially on unclaimed funds system of which they can see I don't have access to that. I need my refund don't now what or were else to go to be assisted

I purchased tickets online from Computicket and my money was deducted from my account, however I did not receive any form of confirmation or ticket via email. I contacted Computicket National as well as the Randburg branch, but I received no assistance. I then went in person to Computicket House to try and resolve the matter, only to be denied entry by security guards from OPT Security. I was informed that management and staff had refused to assist customers with ticketing issues. As a paying customer, this treatment was unacceptable and humiliating. I was treated like a ******** while simply trying to resolve a problem caused by Computicket’s system. This experience reflects extreme disorganization and poor customer service. I expect: An explanation for the failed transaction Either my tickets or a full refund A formal apology for the humiliation and inconvenience I experienced No customer should be treated in this manner after making a legitimate purchase.

You guys are so useless! I want my money back consultants from computickets have been promising me that I will get my tickets within an hour since this morning! Hours later I still have not received any tickets and the match is starting at 3pm and I need to travel to Durban knowing that I have tickets! Your service is very poor!!!

Bought two tickets for an event in zone 6 soweto, around December through computicket and on the day I went to the event the venue was quiet. Didn't seem like there was such an event after all. Fine, sent an email to computicket to request for a refund and the response I received was something like "this was not brought to our attention, we'll make a follow up and escalate the matter to entertainment". Computicket are refusing to give me a refund of two tickets for a bus to East London on 24 August 2024 which was cancelled I was in communication with they customer service but I must provide proof of enquiries I made two years ago stop buying from them your money does not matter to them

Bought two bus tickets for me and a friend. Friend couldn't make it so I explicitly asked them to cancel and process a refund for that one ticket, to which they proceeded to refund me the amount for one ticket. On the day I was supposed to leave I get to the bus station only to be informed that both tickets were cancelled and I had to buy a new ticket (at a higher cost than the original) if I wanted to travel that day. I emailed Computicket while on the bus and they assured me they would refund me the full amount for the original ticket. They told me this 17 Dec and now almost a month later I’m still waiting for my refund. They are quick to respond to emails but slow to offer actual help. Definitely never using them again.
