I Want My Refund
Bought two tickets for an event in zone 6 soweto, around December through computicket and on the day I went to the event the venue was quiet. Didn't seem like there was such an event after all. Fine, sent an email to computicket to request for a refund and the response I received was something like "this was not brought to our attention, we'll make a follow up and escalate the matter to entertainment". Now there's hardly any feedback, it's all quiet. I paid for an event that never took place and was advertised through Computicket

Was assisted by a gentleman by the name Rivoningo. The best salesman I've had an encounter with all my life. He made sure that my policy is amended and structured to the best of my interest👌🏽. Even though the premium got slightly higher, it'll be worth all the cent I pay as it'll serve me exactly how I would like💯
