I bought a ticket from their website for an event called Nelspruit soul meets Gospel Picnic that was scheduled for 13/12/2025 but that event was cancelled and when I called and asked for my refund they said they can't find my reference number while I'm always using the same method of buying and they told me they have escalated my matter for investigation since Decemer 23 and I have sent them an email saying I'm waiting for the to respond but they haven't responded. I got emails on 10/02/2026 that my refund was processed even today I haven't got money on my account. I want my money back0 replies
