Bought two bus tickets for me and a friend. Friend couldn't make it so I explicitly asked them to cancel and process a refund for that one ticket, to which they proceeded to refund me the amount for one ticket. On the day I was supposed to leave I get to the bus station only to be informed that both tickets were cancelled and I had to buy a new ticket (at a higher cost than the original) if I wanted to travel that day. I emailed Computicket while on the bus and they assured me they would refund me the full amount for the original ticket. They told me this 17 Dec and now almost a month later I’m still waiting for my refund. They are quick to respond to emails but slow to offer actual help. Definitely never using them again.
