I bought two online tickets on the 8th of Feb 2026 for a Pirates/Sundowns game played on the 18th of Feb 2026. I have not received the tickets after couple of attempts requesting for them to be sent to me. I requested a refund on the day after the game, and I still receive the same response as when I was requesting the tickets. I no longer trust them and will no longer buy tickets from them!!
MultiChoice agent created an error on my account by mistakenly cancelling my contract with them. This caused my account to appear to be in arears by reflecting an amount against my account due to this contract cancellation. I have been calling them everyday since last Friday, 29 September 2023 to fix the problem but they are giving a runaround and till today they could not resolve the issue. It is their mistake but they have disconnected my Dstv decoders (Packages). I have been honoring my monthly subscription since I started with them some years ago, and have never skipped a month without paying my monthly subscriptions.
They are unprofessional and incompetent. I have raised a query with them which they promised to give me feedback but till today they have not given me any feedback but instead they transfered my account to MBD (Debt collectors) who are harrassing me with calls almost every hour. I will never do business with them.
I have been with Standard Bank for more than 20 years and since last year 2017 i have been trying to open Notice Deposit Account but till today i am unable to get the account. I started by doing online application which the system refused saying i should go to the branch to open the account. I went there, started at Polokwane Standard bank Square in January 2018 and was told that the system refuses to open an account and when asking what is the reason for that the lady (Jane) who was assisting me told me she does not know. I then went home in Acornhoek where they needed proof of residence, Hanies verification and other documents which i submitted to them. I went there several times to do follow-ups with no positive response .And the lady(Julia) who was assisting me in Acornhoek told me last week Friday that she tried her level best and she will no longer be able to assist me but will forward the issue to her branch Manager. After 5 months standard bank is failing to provide me with a Deposit Account. My biggest problem is that they do not give me a reason why since i am having a Current account and a Credit card with them. I am now thinking of switching to another bank.
Lewis customer serviCe called me to resolve the outgoing problem i have with them. The lady called me from Cape Town that they have removed my cell number from their system and therefore i will no longer receive calls or SMSs from them - but she lied as i have been and still receiving SMSs and calls from their Standerton branch
For the past 4 months i have been receiving calls and SMSs from Lewis Standerton calling me Mr.Mavundhla and I am not Mr. Mavundhla and never had business with Lewis Standerton branch
Early this year Debbie called me and sent multiple emails demanding money that she claims i owe Absa. I told her i do not have or never had a credit card with Absa. she then requested me to send her my certified ID copy and an affidavit which i sent on the 9th of February 2015. But from that day i have been receiving sequence of emails and calls from her and Anelda and another male person whom i did not take his name.<br> <br> I have been telling them the same thing over and over again but they do not burge as this evening i received another email from Anelda. Early this year i got a shock of my life when i received a call from Debbie of Anders Inc. Attorneys saying that they have a setlement plan for me on the outstanding credit card amount of R43.059.16 I owe ABSA. I then gave her my email address to send me the details of her story becasue i was busy the. she then sent me this message: <br> Good day <br> The matter refers <br> On the outstanding balance of the Absa c/c account R43.059.16<br> Absa is willing to accept R21.000.00 as a full and final payment on the account <br> Please note this amazing settlement offer is only valid till the 25th of Feb 2015.<br> I therefore responded by saying that i do not have a credit card with ABSA. She then requested me to send her my certified ID copy and an affidavid which i sent her on the 9th February 2015. After that i still was receiving emails and calls from the Attorneys and had to give them the same response over and over again. One also told me to go to Absa branch, I went to Germiston branch and the lady who was assisting me told me to sort the issue with the Attorneys. Today i recieved another email from them. Please Absa, i don't have a Credit card with you. Inform your Attorneys to stop disgusting me!!
