I bought events tickets online for Bloemfontein adult picnic. The event got cancelled I got message on 7th October 2025 that my online bookings will be refunded automatically. to date I have not received my funds. I went to Shoprite at Fleur Dal Bloemfontein the said they need specific reference to be able to see booking. The one on my banking app is not sufficient. I sent Computicket email to request my refund to info@computicket.com with the proof of payment attached they also request reference number of which I don't have I did payment directly on the link that was on Computicket for Bloemfontein adult picnic. I feel Computicket is not doing enough to assist because funds are with them there are many ways to trace funds especially on unclaimed funds system of which they can see I don't have access to that. I need my refund don't now what or were else to go to be assisted
DSTV'S SEVICES IS BECOMING POORE BY DAY I TOOK ROUTER WITH THEM WHICH ONLY PLAYED FOR COUPLE OF MONTHS THERE AFTER I CALLED DID ALSO TRIED THE SELF SERVICE OPTION TO DATE ITS NOT NOT WORKING AND I AM NOT GETTING HELP FROM EITHER CHANNELS. MY BIGGSET DISSAPOINTMENT IS THAT I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORKING .WHO EVER OPENED OR ASSISTED WITH THE ROUTER APPLICATION DID NOT CHECK IF COVERANGE WAS SUFFICIENT BECAUSE CALL CENTER AGENT ONLY CONCENTRATE ON THIR COMMISSION DOESNT CARE IF CLIENT HAVE TO SUFFER IN THE PROCESS.MOVIE BUNDLE ADD IS ALSO ADDED BENEFIT THAT IS NOT WORKING BECAUSE OF ALL THOSE THINGS I AM PAYING PREMIUM WHICH I CANNOT EEN AFFORD TO PA DUE TO PATHETIC SERVICES RANDERED
I was contacted by lady from dept of education in 2019 to claim my deceased spouses gpf to date my executives are sending email left right and Centre with no response from them i personal went to Welkom branch to check status of claim in 2021 was told gpf paid to date i haven't received anything due to date i am homeless can't afford to give proper care to myself and my son because i have to pay rent every month not knowing were my next meal will come from. i am really disappointed with gpf department for not having another person to follow-up on someone else 's long outstanding work or system to monitor outstanding gpf payment. on 4/08/23 follow up email was sent with reference: NN155 estate late tb mohlabane to date no response. another email on 24/7/2023- vuyiswa hlabangwane email V.Hlabangwane@fseducation.gov.za another email 26/06 email 11/04 to date there's absolutely no response or action whatsoever our families work hard to leave something behind to their loved ones not knowing their colleagues in gps department doesn't care if their cases get handled with urgency especially when looking at time frame of time of death and time of claim cause the leaving family to be left with unnecessary book and admin fees at attorneys.
I am very unhappy with incompetence of call centre gents my services was disconnected because I had outstanding amount of 145.00 although no message on screen or email was sent.because I paid lum sum in account I was not aware of the R145.00 that was outstanding then I paid R220 services got connected for 3 to 4 days now my services is off again with outstanding amount of R249.their whatsapp services sent me shocking transaction statement of additional fees of which I don't know of sent email on 12/9 for explanation again today stil no response I took the lowest subscription due to unemployment but now it looks like I am back to normal services without my consent.i need my account fixed
I need help. I am a client with old Mutual . I submitted a claim for my retirement annuity policy in February 2021. Old Mutual claims that they paid R169000 into my bank account. I send them my Bank statement that no money was recieved. One of their call centre agents said the amount is still with because of technical glitches made by staff who captured the claim. Week in week out I call and old Mutual promises to correct the error. It's now seven months I am still not getting any Joy.
