I’m really disappointed with Vodacom. My contract was cancelled and my number was converted to prepaid after I settled the account. Vodacom even issued me with a settlement letter confirming that the account was fully paid and that I owed nothing. For the past few months I did not receive any statements, which made sense since the contract was already closed. However, after I recently contacted Vodacom requesting a paid-up letter for my records, I suddenly started receiving statements saying I have missed payments. This does not make sense because the account was already settled and I have proof, including the settlement letter and email confirmation that the cancellation was completed. Vodacom needs to correct this and stop sending incorrect statements on an account that was already closed and paid up.
A consultant named Lulama quoted and agreed that I will be paying R359.12 but today when calling discovery because of a banking debit I am told that they need to debit R700 and something that I was not told about! Your consultants just want sales without being fully transparent! I have been trying to get hold of your customer service but I even ran out of airtime being on “hold” you guys need to fix this because I am only going to pay the agreed amount! Otherwise you will have to cancel this ****ty ****! I am so ****ed! You made me to cancel my existing life cover only to mislead me! I am so angry yerr!
I am extremely frustrated with Vodacom’s poor service and lack of communication. I paid the cancellation quote in full and emailed all the required documents as requested. This morning I followed up telephonically and was told that I would receive an email confirmation of my cancellation. No email came through. I called again at around 14:00, and once again I was told the same thing — that I will receive an email confirmation. Up to now, there is still no proof of cancellation. I do not understand why this process is being delayed when I have comp**** with everything that was required from my side. I need written confirmation that my contract has been cancelled. if Vodacom continues to delay this and proceeds to bill me further, I will dispute the charges, as I have already paid the cancellation amount and submitted all documentation.
You guys are so useless! I want my money back consultants from computickets have been promising me that I will get my tickets within an hour since this morning! Hours later I still have not received any tickets and the match is starting at 3pm and I need to travel to Durban knowing that I have tickets! Your service is very poor!!!

Vodacom is the ****iest services provider 🤦🏽♀️ you will be phoning everyday trying to get through to their consultants with no luck.. they will end the call and say chat to their robot that writes in Zulu and not all of us understands that!! That thing doesn’t assist as the reason for your call is not listed there!!!
When I joined Bonitas, I was informed that any unused medical savings would be carried over to the following year. I have noticed that the unused savings from the previous year have not been carried over into my current year’s medical savings, tried contacting them countless time and even tried whatsapp but no one is willing to explain what is going on.
I visited Dr. Siphamandla Philasande Zulu at Suite 1114, 11th Floor, to receive a norethisterone contraceptive. However, the claim submitted to Bonitas was for Depo-Provera 1ml, which is incorrect. I was charged R589.04 for this service. When I contacted the receptionist to address the error, she was extremely rude and refused to apologize. Her attitude was dismissive, and I felt disrespected. Even during the consultation, she appeared uninterested, did not respond to my questions, and instructed me to leave my ID and go print my medical aid card, despite having a digital version. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I do not intend to return to this practice.
I have paid MTN on the 25th R1183,5 as agreed with the agent and I have confirmed the payment. But I am now receiving different amount from the consulatants first one said I am owing R492 now the second one is saying I owe R1195! What is the hell hapoenung!!
I sent a UIF form that requires a bank stamp, and I urgently need it returned as I have to submit it by tomorrow. Unfortunately, I have been waiting the entire day without receiving it back, which is extremely frustrating. As Discovery Bank does not have physical branches, I expect urgent matters like this to be prioritised 🤦🏽♀️
