Unacceptable Delay & Expired License Disc – VW Silver Oaks Let Me Down

I purchased a vehicle through VW Silver Oaks and while the initial delivery went smoothly, the service since then has been extremely disappointing. It’s been well over a week since I took delivery, and my vehicle registration is still not sorted.

To make matters worse, the license disc on the vehicle is expired, which legally shouldn’t even be the case for a car being delivered to a customer. This puts me at risk if I’m stopped on the road, and the dealership doesn’t seem to care.

I’ve tried contacting the sales lady multiple times, but all I get is avoidance and empty promises. It honestly feels like she’s playing games instead of helping to resolve the issue.

This level of service is completely unacceptable — once the sale is made, the dealership seems to vanish. I expected much better from a VW-branded dealership.
