Unprofessional Service - Car paid for, 3 weeks - not deliverd yet.

I am a cash buyer and responded to an ad on www.cars.co.za. Test drove the Ford Ranger on the 16thMay and there was issues with gearbox. 3 weeks later, no Ford Ranger delivered, although paid for in cash already. Communication and updates.... the promise of tomorrow on a daily basis, eventually we had to start dealing with the mechanic ourselves which was a 3rd party company. We have requested a full refund on 8 June 2024 and still waiting for that to happen. This issue was also escalated to the dealer management, yet no customer care / service and very unprofessional in my experience.
