Bad service at Bidvest Mccarthy Renault germiston

My car had an engine issue and still had warranty, Nissan called and informed about the issue,they came ans fetched the car in November 2023. To this day the car is not back and not fixed,they are busy giving us the run around about when the car will be fixed,everytime we call we get a new manager who says something different, since November we have spoken to 3 managers. Nissan Mccarthy is making us fools. Yesterday we got a call that the car we will get today and when we call today,another Manger answers and says the car has not been assembled. We then requested for another car in the meantime and we told we must pay insurance for that car, whereas I'm paying insurance for the car they keeping with them. The manager we spoke with today says the car might take another week to be fixed.

Even the one star is too much for this dealership, I would give them a zero...
