The service booking system is linked to all Toyota branches across South Africa, and the default time is set to 6:30 am as some dealerships operate from that time. While this setting cannot be changed system-wide, our service advisor is responsible for ensuring that customers are informed of our actual operating hours.
We usually advise customers that they can bring their vehicles in at 7:00 am, but it seems there was a miscommunication in this instance. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by your having to wait in your vehicle until 7:00 am. We had hoped to apologise to you in person, but regrettably, your mother spoke to the service advisor, and we missed the opportunity to meet with you directly.
Moving forward, we will ensure that all our customers are clearly informed that our service centre operates from 7:00 am. Once again, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
