Bidvest Mccarthy Toyota Pinetown bad service
Very disappointed in the service from Phumlani. We were in contact in trading in a vehicle and then doing the purchase without trade ins. When we sent all documents through for a vehicle after we told him we are taking the vehicle and had a deposit for the vehicle ready went and sold it to someone else. You wait days for him to respond and then wants to turn the blame. Will definitely NEVER recommend him or this company to anyone. Now we sit without a vehicle because of bad service.

Richardsbay Toyota poor/no service
I have phoned Richardsbay Toyota three times and nobody answering phones. 2 Calls I selected service department for service booking option and nobody answer and call cancel after 3 minutes. 1 Call I let the phone keep on ringing without making a selection since automated answering service said that the call will then be answered by the receptionist. Spend just over 13 minutes holding for someone to answer phone at the dealership and without success. How many customers experience this and just decide to go somewhere else. How much business are you losing by giving such poor service. I have the phone call recordings in case you doubt my review

When I arrived I was quickly attended to by employees with smile
When I arrived I was quickly attended to by employees with smile. They were very quick. In a minute I got a transport to take me home. That was amazing. However, in the afternoon the transport took very late to pick me up
