I bought a car from them and told them I wanted a fixed rate, but a person named Surprise told me the contract will initially come as a linked rate and then a fixed rate later. Weeks passed, and I called them; they promised to sort it out with the bank and that I would have the fixed rate contract within 48 hours; however, I did not receive anything. I called Surprise, and he informed me that the bank's vehicle division is experiencing technical difficulties. Then I called the bank and was surprised to discover that the dealership **** to me, there is no such thing as a contract starting with a linked rate. Now they're not returning my calls. I would not suggest this dealership; they are ****mers.
