I traded in my card on the 6th of Jan 2025 I was assisted by Ivyn Nkosi. They requested a settlement letter with the previous institution which was supposed to be settled, and I will continue with the current installment. To my surprise a debit order went off from my account when I enquired with my previous financial institution, they confirmed that the account is still active and there wasn't any settlement. I have been in touch with the sales consultant Ivyn Nkosi he has decided not to pick up my calls not even reply on my wats app. Does this mean I will pay for two cars which I DONT EVEN AFFORD. and the car is not even with me. This has affected me financially and emotionally.
