Bad service
I traded in my card on the 6th of Jan 2025 I was assisted by Ivyn Nkosi. They requested a settlement letter with the previous institution which was supposed to be settled, and I will continue with the current installment. To my surprise a debit order went off from my account when I enquired with my previous financial institution, they confirmed that the account is still active and there wasn't any settlement. I have been in touch with the sales consultant Ivyn Nkosi he has decided not to pick up my calls not even reply on my wats app. Does this mean I will pay for two cars which I DONT EVEN AFFORD. and the car is not even with me. This has affected me financially and emotionally.

Debit order wrongly deducted
This is the worst financing compony ever they deducted my money after I have settled my account since I traded in my car I am being financed by another bank now which I am glad I did all this changes. You cannot get hold of this people no one is answering their phones. meaning that my kids will leave in hunger this month because of their stupid admin. I have never been so ****ed. POEPLE PLEASE DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS BANK DO NOOOT I

Discovery not paying out Funeral claim
My husband lost his first-born son in October and has been paying Discovery as of 2020 until this year has joined via his workplace. Surprising enough when we claim that funeral payout no money was paid up until today no one is giving a proper answer as to what is happening even the employer itself. This has got us into financial constrains as we borrowed money to bury our son. how inconvenient.

Please be careful I bought a microwave from home choice i got notification of the movement of the parcel the next thing I SAW was my parcel has been delivered to who by who I don't know. I escalated this still no answer the only thing i received is an invoice. How do I pay rfor something i did not even receive

I BOUGHT A COUCH IS BRADLOWS MIDDLEBURG AND THEY SOLD ME A DAMEGED NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST THE STORE MANAGER IS NOT TAKING ME SERIOUS ALONG WITYH THE SALES CONSULTANT NO THEY ARE BUSY SAYING THEY ARE "escalating" the matter Bradlows. Bradlows Middleburg is a mess their customer service is baaad. The sad part is I am expected to pay for it
