Staff are incredibly rude, and do not listen to clients. Had a bad experience at the Airport Lounge in Cape Town, where I was charged for coming in early, when the terms and conditions clearly stated that I was entitled to a maximum of 2 hours. I tried explaining this to them but they were insistent that this only app**** to international clients and not to domestic ones. They were rude and wouldn't listen even when I showed them the terms and conditions. It is okay to admit when you have made a mistake, especially when such a mistake was calculated to embarrass the client.
