Unhygienic, Unprofessional, Rude Experience at the Cape Town Bidvest Lounge

What a terrible experience at the Bidvest Lounge at Cape Town International Airport, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude , the lounge was filthy, unhygienic and limited food options that were also very stale.

This experience is terrible and has me even considering cancelling my account with Standard Bank as a Private Client and move to FNB instead because the quality and service of their lounge is exceptional.
