Request Bidvest prestige to fix or replace the window
I reside at Diepkloof Zone 4 next to Telkom premises. On the 31st of January Bidvest prestige contractors broke my window while cutting grass. They agreed to fix the window. Despite the chats that we had , they've stopped responding and the window remains broken,posing s safety risk.

I recently visited Bidvest Prestige to claim my late mother's benefits. Despite her lengthy employmentsince 2006, the staff informed me that retrieving her file would take time. Furthermore, they were unable to access her beneficiary information, causing unnecessary delay and frustration.Nonkululeko lacks empathy and professionalism.

I recently visited Bidvest Prestige to claim my late mother's benefits. Despite her lengthy employmentsince 2006, the staff informed me that retrieving her file would take time. Disgruntled person
Bidvest is totally inhumane when it comes to their staff in winter. None of the cleaning staff is allowed to wear jerseys or jackets or even long sleeves under their clothing. As part of their dress code and all cleaners need to be neat and tidy but when its minus winter degrees and we all at our desks with aircons on their cleaning staff are outside cleaning passages with short sleeve tops. This is sooooo disgusting from such a reputable company. Its about time you guys came up with a winter uniform because your dress code sucks for your employees.

Salary, arrogance and rude
I was working as a reliver at Bidvest. My OPS manager was Patrick Makhethakhetha and the lady by the name of mercy was my supervisor. End of April I was Paid 4 day instead of 5 and I inquired about it Mercy assured me that they will pay in end of may but end of May my salary was also short. I worked 4 day but was only paid 3 day's even my money from the previous month was not paid. On the 11th of May I worked aswell I was supposed to be paid for that 1 day that I worked. Today I didn't receive my money from them. Mercy and Patrick are very rude and arrogant. You are not supposed aren't supposed to say anything to them even when they are wrong.

The kindest staff always willing to assist and go the extra-mile, to ensure that her work is done Phumzile Mbatha and Connie Boloka is kind and sweet she's always smiling and does her Job to the best of her ability. These two ladies are kind and sweet they make our work environment exciting. Stoneridge office park is amazing with these two remarkable women. Humbeld by the Kindness of these two woman.
