I recently visited Bidvest Prestige to claim my late mother's benefits. Despite her lengthy employmentsince 2006, the staff informed me that retrieving her file would take time. Furthermore, they were unable to access her beneficiary information, causing unnecessary delay and frustration.Nonkululeko lacks empathy and professionalism.
