Help desk consultant
I have no problem with company itself, my problem is one particular employee, that girl is rude, impatient and not so helpful, I don’t understand how is she on the help desk. Her mannerism and attitude disgusts and irritates me. I would be polite as possible when reaching out to her but still, same attitude. Working with that girl is a nightmare, when I have to report something as a client, I have to think twice imagine.

BIDVEST STEINER PEST CONTROL
NO STARS .Lousy lousy service - used them for pest control. They arrive with some rat pellets toss them under beds and furniture. No pellet housing. They tell me they will be back in 2 days to check - that there will be no smell etc . Never pitch. Call again say they will be back. Surprise surprise they dont pitch. Guess who has to locate the rat corpse and dispose of it? Phone them on a monday morning place is a ghost town all conveniently in meetings, Could have done this myself. I wont be paying them, using them again or recommend them.

Horrible Driving from Bidvest Steiner Driver
I was nearly involved in an accident with my baby because of a Bidvest Steiner driver at El Corro by Meat World. I couldn't get the registration but it started with KK 71 didnt get the last 2 digits then GP. I do not believe that we still have people who are so inconsiderate of people's lives using employer's cars. I have lost respect for this company because people tend to do things that they can get away with .

Horrible Driving from Bidvest Steiner Driver
I was nearly involved in an accident with my baby because of a Bidvest Steiner driver at El Corro by Meat World. Taxi Behavior from Bidvest Steiner Driver?
Taxi Driver Behaviour! On the 16th May at 9h40 I was travelling to Canalwalk out of Pinelands and a Steiner delivery van almost managed to shove himself in front of me pushing me off the road to break a traffic law in order to get in front of me. I didn't realize that this type of behavior is acceptable for reputable company like Steiner. Registration no : CY 40589, if anyone out there is listening or even cars

Very bad service...
Honestly, 1 is being to kind for this company. It's very unfortunate that such a big company with such a big name, can literally give such horrible service. For 3 days now, I have been making calls to find out when SHE bins will be installed on a site I am working on, but till today I am the one who has to follow up because clearly they can only do 1 thing at a time.... The service is absolutely atrocious , On my other site, they didn't collect SHE bins for 2 weeks and they call themselves a hygiene company. pretty pathetic...I could go on, about the service I have receive this past 2 weeks, but I am just exhausted from dealing with them...

Very bad service...

Bidvest management failure
For a company that has their logo on everything in the bathroom of one of my suppliers, they seem to be very ineffective at their core business. I found no toilet roll, hand soap, or hand towels in their respective dispensers. When asking the lady with the Bidvest Steiner overall it quickly dawned on me that she spoke no english,(I would think that communication should a prerequisite when dealing with the public) Not only have the management of Bidvest failed their own company but they have failed their employee, as I am sure training of some sort should be in order.

Disappointing delivery
Have been with this company since 2020 Polokwane branch, with prompt delivery service. Very disappointed this week, our order was loaded on Monday 2023 May 29 from the warehouse and delivered to us today Wednesday 2023 May 31, short goods. The driver Piet passes our gate daily without delivering, he delivered short stock I called and he didn't pick up Disappointed so much
