Help desk consultant

I have no problem with company itself, my problem is one particular employee, that girl is rude, impatient and not so helpful, I don’t understand how is she on the help desk. Her mannerism and attitude disgusts and irritates me. I would be polite as possible when reaching out to her but still, same attitude. Working with that girl is a nightmare, when I have to report something as a client, I have to think twice imagine.
