I recently took my vehicle, which I purchased from McCarthy Toyota N1 City, in for its first service and had a very positive experience. The Service Advisor, Clinton, handled the booking efficiently and the entire process was quick and hassle-free. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call before 10:00 to let me know that my vehicle was already completed and in the wash bay. That level of efficiency really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with friendly, knowledgeable staff who clearly take pride in their work. I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit to McCarthy Toyota N1 City.
