Extremely unhappy with Big 5 cookware

I have received my order, after a whole fuss, however I’m unhappy with the product and would love to return it for something else, I’m still not getting the service I deserve. If they had let me know their service is this bad, I would’ve never ordered anything from them. And now, I don’t have a use for the pot I ordered because it’s too small, yet they still not delivering.
