The worst online service in history, they should cancel themselves if they really exist because at this point, I want to believe they are ****mers

My worst experience ever. Placed my order almost three weeks ago & no communication on delivery or. I texted 0606 999 888 to confirm my order, they’ve been promising to send my parcel with no luck at this point. Do they really exist or was I ****med? If possible, can I have my money back please? Because there is no service in what they’re doing ☹️
