Big Al's burger
Service was slow and i went to 3 big als burgers now the last month to test. But all the buns in all 3 shops is drie and old and fall apart as you eat it. And for that quality of food the prices is far to high

Horrible burger
Worst burger I have ever had. Not meaty at all, not sure what's in this horrible patty. I bought cheeseburgers and added more money for the "big" version What a flop. Looks and tastes like a terrible homemade burger. Don't waste your money.

Big Als Equestria - don't waste your money
This is about the burger I bought from Equestria Big Al's. So the burger was large, that is the positive. The negative is the patty is not 100% beef, it is more like 20%, then tons of soya and other stuff, reminded me of the cheap I&J patties you buy at the shop. It is mashed up (imagine fishcakes) and then I think its placed in a deep fryer. I found strings of what I hope was onion, it has no texture, a funny colour, and the cheese was weird, probably processed cuts. The patty doesn't taste like anything, and the whole burger was bland. The burger cost me R152! I won't order from them again, but I guess I had to try to know.

Big Al's forcing staff to resign
Big Al's in Modimolle is forcing my nephew to resign against his will due to personal issues between him and the owner's son. This will not be tolerated any longer. I am going to now seek assistance from one of our attorneys to assist my nephew with his situatin at Big Al's!

Big Al's forcing staff to resign

Very disappointed
Chicken patty was dripping with oil and over cooked, and they replaced my haloumni with feta without asking, the haloumni was the reason I bought the burger in the first place. Very disappointed

Professionalism out of stock?
Big Al’s Eco Park has to have some of the most unprofessional staff out there. The lady taking orders was on her phone with her boyfriend (connected via Bluetooth to the store’s speaker) the whole time I was there- from making the order to when my order was ready for collection! We all had to listen to her conversation with her boyfriend. You’d think the looks of disapproval on our faces would have stopped her. Nope. Sis carried on with her blushing-self while simultaneously getting annoyed with us for disturbing her call by making our silly orders lol! Ya neh, professionalism is a myth there by Big Al’s Eco Park!

BIG AL's ECO BOULEVARD USELESS!!
Your ECOPARK BOULEVARD branch makes ordering absolutely impossible!! They NEVER answer the phone, they DON'T go online on MrD as it says abd on UBEREATS the have NO BURGERS ON THE MENU??!! Pick up the phone!!
