I had dealing with Big Apple twice and the first time was a memorable experience. The service was excellent and the car drove like a dream. Thanks to the salesman Mo. My second experience with Big Apple Motors was not such a memorable one. I experienced some hiccups second time around but thanks to Sam it was all sorted out. Had some problems with after sale service but Sam stepped in and sorted it all out. Her commitment to customer service and after sale service really impressed and changed the way I felt about Big Apple Motors. I am now looking forward to my next purchase at Big Apple Motors.
