Big Blue Online stole my money

I bought a jacket on Big Blue Online 2 weeks ago. They contacted me the next day to say that the jacket should never have been online as it is out of stock. They asked me if I would like to purchase something else. I declined and said that I would prefer a refund. Two weeks down the line and I have not received my refund. They have violated the Consumer Protection Act by advertising an item that they did not have stock of and secondly, have ********ly held on to my money for an unreasonable period. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BIG BLUE ONLINE!!! THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY!!!
