Rude Manager
As an individual who enjoys grill, Big mouth is my go to restaurant. My colleagues and i witnessed something very disturbing prior to my current dine.Staff gives the best customer service. The problem was their manager, the way he spoke to the waiter was very unprofessional and derogatory which made us very uncomfortable. I think it has become a norm because i was there recently to witness again the very same (white) manager whom i managed to get his name this time "Ivan", was yelling at a waitress literally in front of customers loudly and arrogantly. I must say he is very unprofessional, rude and makes customers uncomfortable. THE RESTAURANT MANAGER IS TRANSPARENTLY ABUSING STAFF AND NOTHING IS BIENG DONE ABOUT IT. I expect hearing from you and seeing change.

Big Mouth Sushi & Grill
My wife and I went to The Big Mouth Sushi & Grill on Tuesday night, well, the service was great the food was amazing the oxtail was the best I have had in years, my wife had the salmon cooked to perfection, really memorable dinner thank you Big Mouth will be back again soon
