Terrible service

I booked the bus ticket last Sunday on the 30th July 2023 from Howick to Pretoria the bus was supposed to be at Howick by 22:20 on that Sunday of 30 July 2023 and I’ve been there at 21:40 up until 23:10 the didn’t even pass to Howick maybe because I was the only one who waiting the bus there and I paid R500,00 for bus ticket and now I need my money back. They don’t want to pay me. I tried make a several calls on that day no one was answering the phone. I need my money back and they ignoring my emails. All I can say is their service is terrible.
