After my last bad experience with big boy when my exhaust broke and they refused to replace i gave up and just paid cash for the exhaust. Not even two months later same thing the brand new exhaust is broken. Spoke to big boy and showed them the proof of payment and what did they say sorry we cant help. *** is it with this company. How can a brand new exhaust break in less than two months and yet again u refuse to replace. Now the new excuse is did i service my bike on time did u make sure the clutch and rolers was maintained. My F#CK DO THEY THINK I AM STUPID. Maintenance of a clutch and servicing of a bike has nothing to do with the fact that the heatshield broke off and left a huge hole in the ****ler. Just because they a dealership doesnt give them the right to talk **** to there clients and think the client is dumb. Its commen sense the parts they supplying is of **** quality but they selling it at expensive prices. I have reported big boy to the ombudsman so lets see what happens now.
DONT SUPPORT BIG BOY. OUR LIFE IS WORTH MORE THAT THE **** THEY SELLING. THE QUALITY IF THERE BIKES IS LIKE A DEATH TRAP ON WHEELS.
