Big Boy Scooters, Worst "Investment" Ever!

I bought a secondhand Big Boy JNR 90 from Big Boy Scooters, Harvey Road in Bloemfontein.

The bike has been more broken than running, from magneto issues to battery to etc. Over December 2025 (23rd to be specific), my 9 year old took the bike down the road after standing for 3 weeks because of a battery issue. 5 minutes in, the front sprocket broke in half - ok, this is a "running repair" issue. I spoke to Big Boy Bloemfontein just after New Years (Jan 2026) to please order 4 items:

1. Front Mudguard - It broke in December 2025 2. New Front Sprocket 3. New Chain (I understand you replace both sprockets and chain if one of the items break) 4. New Back Sprocket

It has now been over 3 months, according to Big Boy Bloemfontein (Harvey Road), the spares are just not forthcoming.

I am fairly fed up at this point, my 9 year old are disappointed every week when we follow up and there still is NO SPARES!

Stay away from Big Boy, terrible investment, no after sales support!
