No Accountability

Extremely disappointing experience with Bigfoot Express. There is absolutely no accountability for lost or damaged shipments, and their customer service is virtually non-existent when it comes to handling claims. Repeated attempts to follow up were ignored. I strongly recommend paying a little more for a reliable courier, any other carrier would be a better choice.
