My second bad experience with Bigfoot Express in five days. First time, waited for delivery of an otem via the Pretoria branch since 7 Jan 2026. The waybill tracking webpage shows it was despatched from Pta on 12 Jan 2026, and entered Jhb facility on 13 Jan 2026, en route to Upington. Two weeks after the 13th, I find that the delivery has not even left the Pta branch yet. I contract a third party to collect the item from Pta branch and bring it to Upington. Today, the Bigfoot Express driver delivers my items to the wring adress, 60 km away, to the wrong person!!! High value package, causing much stress and inconvenience in retrieving the package at own cost! Bigfoot express, yourvtracking site has no value, if you enter false entries, and it is not updated. I would like to nominate Bigfoot Express for title of worst courier company on the African continent, and send you an offficial certificate of galactic incompetence, to issue to your driver! He had an adress, GPS coordinates with instructions, a company name and contact person name and telephone number. If he was struggling to find me, he should have called me. Easy on a phone. He insisted ay the incorrect delivery adress, that the delivery was intended for the solar farm 60km away from me! On the Groblershoop road, when I am on the Olifantshoek road! Completely wrong direction! Unfortunately, I have to give a one star rating, because I am unable to give a zero star rating. Looming at all the negative ratings, it seems that you really need to get your head in the game!

We had to move a small workshop machine from Jhb to Plettenberg Bay. From calling them for a quote, we were impressed with the way it was handled.. All the staff were efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Cost was very reasonable too. Recommend their services.

Unprofessional & No Accountability for Damaged Goods Items were not collected on the date and time, no one notified me, when they finally arrived to collect a couple of days later the truck was to small, and suddenly it became my problem with emails being sent to me that the items doesn't fit. even though they had the correct dims for items being collected. When it finally arrived it arrived in poor condition, all items damaged due to not loading the items correctly and not securing the items on the back of the truck. After a few days of struggling to get hold of the correct person to submit a claim I was sent a claim form and that is where the communication stopped, after several attempts to follow up, I finally reached someone at customer service who just said it is out of my hands and a claim, if successful only pays out R5000 and takes 2 to 3 weeks. In this process I didn't only lose the R50 000 in damaged goods but also a client. Now I sit with damaged goods I cant sell And one less client and a bad name Please steer clear of bigfoot express

Absolutely useless service . A delivery was arranged with a 48 hour delivery promised. When the parcel did not arrive an email was sent requesting I be called regarding the delivery , 5 different people from Big Foot cannot bother to call me. Eventually I call a number and het through to customer care who tell me it can only be delivered in 72 hours which is too late. Escalated to a manager who wants to see the email promising the 48 hour delivery . Told him to speak to the person in Durban (Colleen) who took the order advising a 48 hour delivery time . On a scale of 1-10 there service levels are a BIG ZERO!!!!!
