Rude and Arrogant
Rude and unhelpful. Less than useless. Keep you on hold forever and then can't help you when you have a query. Would not recommend.

Great quality at a reasonable prices
I would like to commend Martin West Designs for the quality of their workmanship on all of the products. My daughter was part of junior lifesaving club in Durban and was required to purchase the club's branded swimming costume for meetings and competitions. The costume we bought her was absolutely outstanding! Not only did she use that costume everyday while we were in Durban, but also for 2 years after that until she grew out of that one. We recently bought another costume for her and our first choice was Martin West. This costume is equally well made and the design is stunning. The colours are vivid and vibrant and the choice of designs is amazing. It's great to see a company producing high-quality products at reasonable prices.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish
I had a wonderful experience ordering a single mattress for my daughter. The pricing was unbeatable for the quality I was looking for. The online ordering process was simple and easy. The website provides plenty of information about the shipping policies for various areas, which was very helpful. Having placed the order, I received a telephone call and email confirming the purchase and advising on the lead time for delivery. They called again the day before the delivery to confirm if that date was suitable for me. The mattress is excellent quality and very comfortable. A truly pleasant experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and advice
We consistently receive outstanding service and advice from Darryl. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and does thorough work. His prices are fair and reasonable and he does not take chances with his billing. We can highly recommend his services for any auto mechanical work you need in the Port Alfred area.

Absolutely useless
Apart from rude customer service agent and supervisor, they were not interested in helping the customer. Their only talent is avoiding honouring warranties and charing exhorbitant repair fees. Avoid at all costs.
