Paid for 4 plastic drums and was advised that the drums would be delivered within a week , 4 weeks later and lots of excuses and still no drums. The website is no longer active and the cell number is unanswered . *****sters
Absolutely useless service . A delivery was arranged with a 48 hour delivery promised. When the parcel did not arrive an email was sent requesting I be called regarding the delivery , 5 different people from Big Foot cannot bother to call me. Eventually I call a number and het through to customer care who tell me it can only be delivered in 72 hours which is too late. Escalated to a manager who wants to see the email promising the 48 hour delivery . Told him to speak to the person in Durban (Colleen) who took the order advising a 48 hour delivery time . On a scale of 1-10 there service levels are a BIG ZERO!!!!!
We have the top of the range LG fridge freezer purchased from Hirschs with an extended warranty. The fridge has been set to the highest setting of 8 degrees on the fridge side. The problem is , is that the vegetables and salad stuff stored in the veggie drawer are freezing which is ridiculous. We have attempted to call LG to arrange for a technician to come and sort out the fridge and this has now been ongoing for over 4 weeks and we are no closer to resolving the issue. Calling the LG helpline is a complete waste of time. We have spoken to various people from LG and are still no closer to resolving the issue. Perhaps someone senior in the LG setup can be made aware of this issue and they can undertake to have our issue resolved.
