We had to move a small workshop machine from Jhb to Plettenberg Bay. From calling them for a quote, we were impressed with the way it was handled.. All the staff were efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Cost was very reasonable too. Recommend their services.
I am being harrassed. I have been getting almost daily calls for the past 3 weeks. Demanding payment on our Eskom account! I continually tell the agent calling that this account they are trying to retrieve has been paid in full and settled early October 2024, direct to the company we owed. ESKOM!!! The account has been closed, so why are Nimble pestering me and demanding I provide evidence that it has been settled.
<p>It started 4/5th Jan. from a resonable connection cell and wi fi ****le., to NO signal, 1 or 2 bar if lucky searching around the house and garden! Unable to hear or make calls. Was advised by voda shop to call 082111 and ask for solutions - did so on 6th Jan, got ref. told technician would address problem. called again 10th Jan, told can take upto 7 working days to be addressed. Called again 16th Jan - told esculated and that it may be 7 to 14 days to be addressed. </p> <p>18th Jan went to vodaworld. saw agent who did what he could do, was pleasant and understanding - sat with him over 3 hours whilst he emailed tech department - no answers no resolution. Told it would be addressed - really ! heard that before!!!!!</p> <p>19th and 20th Jan after a local residents security meeting of our suburb the subject of Vodacom was raised...... I collated over 50 numbers of dissatisfied vodacom clients - I passed these numbers to same agent via email, who in turn passed them onto the tech dept and management.</p> <p>NO RESPONSE !!!!!!!!</p> <p>26th Jan back to vodaworld - sat over 2 hours -with the same agent - frustration for us all, residents , myself and the agent. To date no response or answers.</p> <p>My guess is that Vodacom know the tower is antiquated and no longer coping with the influx of people and businessess in the area - and to upgrade the tower or erect a new one elsewhere will be too costly......</p> <p>The consequences of this situation could be dire !!!!! in an emergency what am I to do !! cant call anyone. Telkom lines were stolen and not replaced over 10 years ago!!!!! </p> <p>OUR CELL PHONE IS OUR LIFE LINE. </p> <p>VODACOM either release us from out contracts with you as no service - no contract.... we are approximately over a 100 contracts in the suburb if the word is spread further.</p> <p>I am sure MTN would welcome us.</p> <p> </p>
