Vehicle allocated too small, but partial refund given

The vehicle I was initially allocated was too small to efficiently complete the move.

Despite this, the move was completed (even if it took a long time), and movers were very careful with the contents.

Biggles did respond when I raised this, and have provided a partial refund, which is appreciated, and I think shows that this is not the norm for them.

I have had two moves with them previously which were great
