You break it, you keep it.
We first purchased a pair of earrings at the stall at the Prison Break Market. They then broke the following day. Both pieces to the pair broke - after paying a pretty penny. We then contacted the business, and were told we must wait for the owner to return from vacation she would be going on in a couple of days. We did that. Upon her return, she then told us that we may purchase another item... Having to go all the way to Pretoria (we are in JHB south). After being a bit upset about this, it was done. A bracelet was then bought, in fear that another pair of earrings would break again. Believe it or not, the bracelet broke as well! After not getting a refund the first time around, and then having to go to Pretoria to get another item that broke, we have now given up. Would not recommend whatsoever.
